ADA — Funeral services for Carrie Francis "Yetter" Richardson, 50, Ada, will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009, at St. James Church of God in Christ, Ada. Burial follows at Leader Cemetery east of Ada. Officiating will be Charles Miller and the Rev. Famous Cochran.

Miss Richardson died Monday, Oct. 5, 2009, at her home. She was born Dec. 7, 1958, at Ada to Carrie Colbert Richardson.

Miss Richardson attended Napier, Irving and Byng schools while growing up and graduated from Byng High School in 1978. She was a lifelong resident of Ada and a member of Philemon Baptist Church. She worked as a nurse's aide for home health for many years.

Survivors include a son, Quinton Richardson and his fiancé Amanda Harding, Stillwater; four brothers, Harvey Richardson, Mike Morris and his wife Diane, and Patrick Richardson and his wife Lynie, all of Ada, and Garry Morris and his wife Linda, Stillwater; three sisters, Geraldean Collins and Linda Darden, both of Wichita, Kan., and Diane Ingram and her husband Mike, Denver, Colo.; two grandchildren, Keetira Brown, Ada, and Blake Richardson, Stillwater; and special friends, Deloris Greenwood Stick and Don Cubitt.

She was preceded in death by a son, Michael John Richarson; her mother, Carrie Colbert Richardson; three sisters, Clovetta Richardson, Doris Daniels and Carolyn Jackson; two grandchildren, Nevaeh and Heaven Richardson.

Bearers are nephews and flower girls are nieces.
