Water bill passes Oklahoma Senate
Senate Bill 1689, a bill creating the Oklahoma Water Center and regulating some water used in mining in the Arbuckle-Simpson Aquifer, passed 45 to 0 on Tuesday in the Oklahoma State Senate.
