Woman dies after crashing into horse
Seminole — A Seminole woman is dead after hitting a horse Sunday.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Tommy Allen said Edna Brinker, 57, was driving a 2004 KIA east on State Highway 9 west of Seminole when she crashed into the horse which was standing in the road at 7:17 p.m.
Brinker was pronounced dead at the scene from head injuries. She was wearing a seat belt, according to Allen.
