Polar Express rolls through Wintersmith Park
Park train decorated for Christmas
Ada — Diamond K Kiwanis Club President Bob Ardiana is inviting residents to Wintersmith Park to take a ride on the “Polar Express."
Club members have decorated the train for the Christmas season and are giving rides from 6-9 p.m. each Friday and Saturday between Nov. 28 and Dec. 20.
“The train will depart the station every 20 minutes transporting children between the ages of 1 to 100 around the park as a special Christmas gift,” Ardiana said.
“All rides are free. A hot cup of chocolate will await those who brave the chill to help warm their bodies and raise their spirits upon the return to the park train station,” he said.
