Charmed by Chocolate Festival set
According to Cari Gray, Ada Main Street, the call to chocolate lovers is extended to attend the third Charmed by Chocolate Festival on Saturday, Oct. 14.
Judging of chocolates in four categories, cakes, cookies, brownies or chocolates will be done by public vote for the people’s choice award. Judges will pick a winner from each category and an overall winner will be named. Plaques will be awarded to the each first place winner and a cash prize given to the professional and amateur overall winners.
People’s choice voting is done by purchasing a coupon book for $5 to sample nine items. Coupon books will be on sale prior to the event and at the door open to the public at noon. A silent auction during the festival will be held for those wishing to purchase their favorite items.
For more information on the Charmed by Chocolate Festival, contact the Ada Main Street office at (580) 436-1600.
