Aging Norris Field, a Depression-era relic, is the oldest stadium in the Lone Star Conference and a prime target for the next round of improvements aimed at aiding the ECU football program. New aluminum stands were added before the 2009 season, and athletic director Brian DeAngelis said a new artificial turf field and improvements to the press box are high on his list of priorities for upgrading the facility.
